Airplane

A little while back the Lord led us to sow our twin-engine aircraft into another ministry. I was going to trade it in for a more economical aircraft and thought I had it all worked out. My wife and I both kept sensing we were headed in the wrong direction by trading it in for another aircraft. Of course, that is what seemed the most practical thing to do at the time. It was also a way that it would take less faith and the Lord knew that. He said to me, “I want you to sow it and use your faith to obtain another aircraft, when I lead you too.”  Patti and I said lets obey the Lord and we did. Praise God His plan is working!

For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. (Hab. 2:3)  

I received my private pilot certificate in 1988. I set my faith for my first airplane that year also. For 3 long years  it seemed like nothing was happening. In 1991, I got greatly concerned about why it seemed nothing was happening. I prayed and told the Lord I must have missed His will. Suddenly, He spoke to me and said, “I heard your prayer the first day and sent the answer but those I spoke to have been hindered. Bind Satan in My name and command him to loose the money and let it go! Stay in faith, I will bring it to pass.” I was filled with the joy of the Lord! He moved supernaturally!
